Integrify Education is an international coding academy & tech company from Finland with a social mission at its heart. Since 2016, we have trained over 1500+ international tech talents across Europe and helped them kick-start their future-proof careers. In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey to bring Nordic Education to Saudi Arabia to train the local talent with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of technology.
Integrify was founded for the sole purpose of changing what’s next for people who deserve a shot at a better future through education. We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to execute our mission. The role is a first sales role in the region. You’ll be responsible for selling our academies to both corporations looking to upskill their employees as well as government entities responsible for training local youth as part of the Vision 2030.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market.
Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential clients within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including educational institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Provide regular sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Experience in working in an early-stage company, preferably in B2B or/and B2G sales.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business culture and a great network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
Determined and goal-oriented with a growth mindset
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Based in Riyadh
