Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager (Internship)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master or Project Manager to join our team as an intern. This role involves coordinating all project activities, facilitating weekly scrum meetings, and ensuring that our development team remains on track with their deliverables. While the position does not require hands-on development, the ideal candidate will conduct simple testing tasks to ensure our platform’s performance and reliability.
Facilitate and coordinate weekly scrum meetings to monitor project progress.
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines and milestones.
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
Conduct basic testing and validation of project features as needed.
Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. in the Software Development environment.
Excellent skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Certification in Scrum Master, Agile, or Project Management preferred.
