You are divided into teams and work tight with your team to solve all the tasks you are met with. Networking is one of their top goals with arranging this. To nurture good ideas it can be a great opportunity to gather other people with the same goals and motivations.

Experience

EMAX is an initiative from Innovation Norway that started up in 2013. It was made to inspire young entrepreneurs so they get the feel for how it is to lead a business.

How much do they invest?

This is arranged once every year, normally in august. Through the event, you will get 4 days all paid for. The days are filled with events, challenges, and social happenings. The 4 winners of the competition get a learning trip to look at how different businesses have made success and develop a network of their own.

How do they work?

To participate, you need to be between the ages 18 and 25 and see yourself as a future entrepreneur or leader. There are only room for 100 people so you will need to show how you are motivated, devoted and active.

They look to give this opportunity to someone who can show that they have the desire to create, has initiative and willing to teach. EMAX are looking for someone who can participate actively in this event, because they want to trigger the entrepreneurship in young adults, and give an opportunity that the participant otherwise would not have gotten.
