Part of our suite of products is a tool to help property companies find the best technology solutions from around the world.

This procurement tool is completely free to use. Your job is to encourage the property industry at large to use it.

This will involve calling cold and warm potential users and explaining the features of the tool with follow up by email and telephone.

Because the tool is free, there is no selling involved. You will, however, be targeted on how many projects you can acquire from the people you speak to.

Once you’ve secured procurement projects, you’ll also be responsible for contacting potential PropTech company suppliers to invite them to respond to the project.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities in this role are as follows:

• Deliver prepared scripts in order to persuade potential customers to use our services

• Build and maintain relationships.

• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

• Obtain and record customer information.

• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

• Write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

• Identifying opportunities for cross selling and introduce suitable colleagues to assist.

Essential Experience
