What are your plans for the future?

The initiation phase began in June 2017. The Senior Management Team have examined the feasibility of the project, and team members are assigned responsibilities in the project. We elaborated the business plan using the business model canvas containing the project description, mission and visions, the business plan and grant applications plan. The Marketing specialists analyzed the prospective sponsors of the project also as revenue streams. The whole team continued the research and development of the project (technological feasibility, maintenance and operational management areas) in order to deliver a functional business model, delivering a range of services, suitable for use in the Norwegian journalism context. The parties that are involved in the project are clear on the objectives. we work towards finalising Facebook page and design as well as website page and design to get these touch points ready for consumer interaction. Post content on Website and/or Facebook, with a post on Facebook to drive traffic to the website to the content. To gather initial traffic & audiences to the website and Facebook page before any type of hard launch. Start creating more brand awareness for TOD by creating Facebook ads, with the use of A/B testing. Analyse the data. DECEMBER 2017 Creating potential for more content by asking people to come forward with their stories that they are willing to share. Direct contact with our audience.

Aside from achieving commercial success, what do you see as your startup’s mission?

We have a list. Just ask us for a cup of coffee and we will tell you what we are trying to tackle.

Describe your perfect day at work.

All of our staff work individually alongside their day job or study. We work individually as well as in teams to complete certain tasks. We hold meetings as a group to brainstorm and also to update each other where we are with our tasks. We do not have an office. We also keep in frequent communication with each other.
