The Product 

In simple terms, we offer our clients a fully serviced environment for their employees or members to improve their lives - while the client gets happier, healthier employees and improve team building. Our motivational features help improve the chances of success by up to as much as 600%. We make it fun, simple and engaging for users to start making positive changes in their lives. The concept has been validated through studies at the University of Tillburg.


Next steps

As our service is now nearing maturity, our next step is to expand into more markets. Therefore, we are looking for a country manager and co-founder in Norway. The main founder is Norwegian - though living in Copenhagen - and he will be able to support you remotely and in Oslo from time to time. Long-term goal will be to build a local sales team here.

Our Team

Our team currently consists of two investors (partners at KPMG), two co-founders, a CTO and a development team. We are now searching for ambitious and entrepreneurial sales people. As the demand is increasing, we are now expanding the team significantly.


How will it work

We will give you all the tools you need, so you can focus on sales and building the business here in Norway. So far, we have a 10% conversion rate from contact to signing. We consider this to be very high considering the average contract is as much as 300 000NOK.

The service is offered to the buyer at a price range of 100 000 NOK and upwards - depending on the client's needs, size and customization. In return, the buyer receives a fully functional service, app, and platform that would otherwise cost millions to develop on its own.

You will be supported by a global support team, the partner/founding team and have a full developer team available.

  • Scaling a global business is challenging and requires certain smarts. To give you a starting point, an IQ of 120 or above is recommended.

Commission and Equity

In return, we will give you equity and a co-founder status here in Norway, as well as a sales commission of off sales you initiate. Commission example based on the results so far (if you are able to contact an average of 5 potential clients a day): 

  1. 5 contacts a day
  2. 230 work days a year 
  3. Conversion rate 10%
  4. Average contract: 300 000NOK

Total potential base for commission: 34.500.000 NOK/yr
