Role Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively within the team to analyse requirements, break down work and deliver function and value

- Be an avid contributor to technical discussions within the team on both product and process decisions

- Work effectively with colleagues in a team based environment. Includes being able to prototype and iterate on solutions within the team

- Take ownership of Front-End technologies (currently React) for the product. Help shape best practices and find ways to delight our customers and partners

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years professional experience

- Great interpersonal skills and ability to grow and develop good relationships within the team

- Proactive approach to problem solving. Not afraid to ask questions or take responsibility

- Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Criteria:

- React Experience

- CSS Skills

- Prototyping Experience

- Accessibility Knowledge
