As our Growth Hacker, you’re responsible for managing Wiral’s day-to-day customer acquisition and broader growth efforts across channels. You’ll work alongside the CMO to determine, implement and assess growth strategies. You’ll manage growth via existing channels and explore new channels for expansion. We're on the lookout for a curious and creative person who loves to analyze numbers and find unconventional solutions to problems. We’re looking for an experimental mind who’s not afraid to stretch boundaries, think outside the box to get results, and is relentless in pursuit of growth.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Set /KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on in order to grow sales.
Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs.
Create and implement our digital marketing strategy across channels including Facebook, Instagram
Analyzing data and users’ feedback and use this to optimize channels from a growth perspective
Work strategically to optimize the conversion rate across channels.
Experience & skills we appreciate:
Clear understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO into business operations
Experience in working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing data in order to improve business performance
Digital marketing experience
Experience with paid advertisement on Facebook, Instagram and Google Adwords
Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
Experience with growth strategies and tools
