As a Marketing Assistant at Hurree, you will be responsible for assisting the content marketing strategy that educates influencers and buyers. We are seeking someone who is passionate about great customer experiences and will find and use compelling data to back impactful content. In this role, you will produce everything from tweets, to must-read blog posts, to research reports. You will partner with our design team to pair your words with visual pop. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Deeply understand our buyer personas and their content preferences, analyse results to optimise content, and continually explore various content mediums to drive more engagement
- Manage an ambitious blog creation and publishing schedule
- Write, schedule, and publish a steady stream of created and curated social media posts through our branded Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels
- Create data-backed content that shares best practices for marketing, customer experience, and mobile leaders
- Write and design (with support from our digital graphic designers) our printed and downloadable marketing support materials, including white papers, brochures, sales support and product marketing materials, etc.
- Lead the content—delivered by internal and external presenters—for thought-provoking webinars and marketing events
- Constantly monitor competitive content to identify best practices and new areas where we can bring unique and valuable content to our digital channels
Success in this role requires:
- 1+ years of experience creating great content in both written and presented form
- Demonstrated experience using data and research to build compelling content
- Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time and on deadline, along with the ability to project manage the entire process from concept to publication
- Experience organising and managing research and content repositories
- Self-directed, with a sense of urgency and a bias for action and getting things done
- Analytically minded with the ability to use data to make decisions.
- Close attention to detail and commitment to crowdsourcing new ideas.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, which includes a willingness to embrace change and adapt on the fly
- Highly collaborative team player, with the ability to crowdsource ideas and input, open minded when taking feedback and passionate about helping everyone succeed
