Hurree is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This person will report to the COO and is a strategist who uniquely understands the intersection of brand and acquisition - executing strategic campaigns that reinforce Hurree's key messaging and generate leads for the business. To insure success of a team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving a monthly lead number.

Hurree is looking for candidates that can deliver a clear vision for each campaign and work closely with creative partners, sales, operations and content marketers to execute integrated campaigns that continuously hit and exceed targets. 

In This Role, You'll Get To: 

- Report to and partner with the COO to develop a clear strategy and vision for each campaign 

- Partner with project management to identify, plan and track progress and execution 

- Work with creative and operations resources to ensure a flawless execution of campaign content and promotion 

- Collaborate with Hurree channel owners to help integrate campaigns into the larger Hurree editorial calendar 

- Support a team of marketers in their execution of global campaigns 

- Report on campaign performance and provide insights 

- Continue to build a strong team on marketers with a core focus on content generated leads

We Are Looking For People Who: 

- Have 7 years experience in a content marketing and reporting role 

- Have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

- Have fanatical attention to detail 

- Have experience with using a CRM (in particular Hubspot) 

- Excel at building relationships and navigating a marketing team 

- Who build campaigns that deliver value by providing education and inspiration for prospects 

- Understand the balance between creative development and campaign execution 

- Understand how all our projects fit into our broader strategy
