Job Description
The Project Manager will be part of the project delivery team managing and delivering PlotBox to our clients. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion of project milestones and coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years Project Management experience in project delivery. The role will provide you with an opportunity to work and manage multiple projects across our global client base. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Understand the scope, operational requirements and impacts across all functional teams
- Work with the team leads to plan and coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, also to share with clients and other staff members
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Recognise and manage project risks and manage risk mitigation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage project financial status and forecast on regular basis
- Actively work with the team to manage the detailed breakdown of project activities for efficient project task management
- Prepare formal project status reports, periodic scheduled updates and holds regular meetings with the customer
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs as required
- Ensure project execution best practices implemented
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Flexible to support client meetings in different timezone
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & proficiencies:
- Proven working experience in project management and demonstrate history of managing projects and execution according to plan

Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or working knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc…)
Desirable:
- Experience using Project Management software tools (Asana, Instagantt an advantage)
- Cloud Computing / SaaS is a plus
