Hurree is hiring our first Sales Manager. Reporting to our Co-Founders, your job is to build and scale a solid sales programme that removes barriers for our sales team's success. The primary role will be focused on selling, increasing sales productivity and driving revenue attainment through on-boarding and executional excellence. This position is based primarily in Belfast but will require travel.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Experience leading and executing the sales process
- Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate and use various techniques to improve results
- Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
- Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of Hurree sales (Research & Connect, Explorer and Strategise, Demo & Close call)
- Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
- Ability to work across management team to drive business results
- Strong individual & team motivation skills
- Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal and positive attitude
Success in this role requires:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating a sales pipeline and closing sales from the ground up
- Strong desire to take initiative; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience in Saas enterprise cycles
- Ideal candidate has product marketing experience and/or comparable skill-set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets
- Build confidence & trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate well with others managers, directors & executives to aid the growth of Hurree
- Grow headcount via recruiting, selecting and training new sales specialists
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the Hurree platform
- Understand your market and build and execute plans to grow them
